BJ Play forms part of the BJ Group of companies. Founded in 1980 as BJ Leisure Installations Ltd to provide a service to the Play Industry in the provision of Playground Construction. Our sister company BJ Landscapes Ltd specialises in both Hard and Soft landscaping.

Our Head Office is based centrally in Tamworth, Staffordshire, and our manufacturing facility is in Telford, Shropshire. The range of operation covers the whole of England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The company provides a complete Design, Supply and Installation service to an extensive client base.

The company recently acquired the assets of Hunt Play Systems (founded 1878), a manufacturing company producing Traditional British Steel Playground Equipment. It is intended to redesign and extend this range of playground equipment.

Clients for the services provided are many and varied, but essentially the client base is predominantly Local Authority Organisations and companies related to the Construction Industry.

The company is a member of the British Association of Landscape Industries, Constructionline and a founder member of the Association of Play Industries Register of Constructors.
